Select Dates and Times Introduce the origin and destination, and the dates for the oneway (Single) or roundtrip (Return). If you want to buy a return ticket, but are not sure of the return date, select the 'Open' option when choosing the dates. Using the calender, select the dates of travel (using the DD/MM/YYYY format) and press 'Continue'.
Then you will need to indicate the number of seats you would like to purchase, there is a limit of 5 per reservation, and bear in mind that the default seat selection is for one person.
You can use the option 'Advanced Search' to consult all the destinations on offer through Movelia.
Press 'Continue' once you are ready to make the reservation, having checked all the fields are correctly filled out, to be able to consult the different timetables available for that route fir the dates you have selected.
Select the combination that most suits your plans. If you click above the station name the address details will appear.
On the screen you will find the the time of departure and the expected arrival time, the type of bus (Normal, First Class or Super), the prices and further details about the bus.
In the case of different connections along the route, you will need to make sure the time of arrival of the incoming bus is sufficiently early enough for you to catch the outgoing connection.
Press 'Continue' to be taken to the screen which provides you with details about the specific seats available on the bus. Click on the seat(s) you would like to reserve for both the outgoing and incoming journeys. The seats in red are no longer available. Be aware that there are some bus companies that don't allow for this option.
Press 'Continue' to get to the section where you will need to fill out your personal details. Your name, surname and passport numbers will be necessary. Be sure to carry your passport with you when you board the bus as it may be obligatory to show this document in conjunction with the bus ticket when boarding. Fill out the 'Email' section if you would like to receive confirmation of the reservation by email.
Then click on 'Buy Ticket' to complete the reservation when you are sure you have filled out all the necessary fields correctly. The reservation process can be completed using a Debit or Credit card, and once the payment has been made, you will be able to print off the ticket or simply note down the reservation number, wheich can be used when arriving at the bus station. Simply attend the ticket booth for that bus company, hand over the reservation number and they will be able to print the ticket for you. Be sure to leave plenty of time before departure if you decide upon this option.
